Government Girls Inter College Lalganj, Azamgarh was established in 31 March 2001 with the hope that Girls of Lalganj would become a ray of hope for their vicinity and city as well. The college was upgraded to Intermediate level in 2004 and got the recognition for science stream in Intermediate.
